After approval, we will provide the return address and shipping guidelines.

Ship the Item Back
Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

 

3. Costs & Responsibility

Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size or dislike):
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns due to quality issues:
Terraincognita will cover the necessary costs (proof required).

 

Please note that a 10% handling fee of the order will be charged for returns.

 

4. Additional Notes

Do not ship products to any address not provided by customer service.

If a return is undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect information, the buyer will be responsible for related costs.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
