1. Return Policy (15 Days)

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.

• Style or preference issue

• Product does not meet expectations

• Minor manufacturing issues upon arrival (subject to review)

Not Eligible for Return

• Visible signs of wear

• Stains, odors, damage, or deformation

• Requests made after 15 days

• Custom-made items 

2. How to Start a Return

   Reach out to us via customer service or email with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if the item has a quality issue.

2. Receive Return Instructions
   After approval, we will provide the return address and shipping guidelines.

3. Ship the Item Back
   Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

• Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size or dislike):
  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns due to quality issues:
  Terraincognita will cover the necessary costs (proof required).

• Please note that a 10% handling fee of the order will be charged for both returns and exchanges.

4. Additional Notes

• Do not ship products to any address not provided by customer service.

• If a return is undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect information, the buyer will be responsible for related costs.
