SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. However, ordersplaced on Friday/holidays/weekends will not be processed andshipped until the following business day.
Typical delivery time frame is between 4~20 business days. All ordersare shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step ofthe way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond ourcontrol such as customs, postal delays or holidays.

DUTIES&TAXES

All import duties and taxes are included in the final price.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.

For selected regions, orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

SHIPPING SERVICE

All shipping services include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you automatically. If you do not receive a notification from us, please contact us directly by emailing contact@terraincognita.shop.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. As TERRAINCOGNITA is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Fill in your city and zip code and try to match it with  system we can only ship if your address is accepted by  system, fill inwhere ever a place as shipping origin is fine if necessary.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee thesafety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also,the APO, FPO or DPO address is not accepted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier service. TERRAINCOGNITA assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages.
